Video: Extending The 7-9-8 Ventilation Cut

This video demonstrates one method to expand upon the origional ventilation opening created using the 7-9-8 method.  Expanding the initial ventilation opening is better than creating a second.  Please feel free to reply with your comments or questions.

Just a quick Tommy Brennan story for everyone. Tom was often asked this question:

"After your first cut is complete where do you put your second cut?"

His reply was simply "At your very next top floor fire!"

What he meant by this statement was to build off of your original cut, and enlarge the ventilation opening. If you've located your first cut properly, there is no reason (nor does it make sense to cut another hole somewhere else.
